Steven W. Perbix

Steven W. Perbix was born in Havana, Illinois.  He received his B.A. degree in English from Arizona State University in 1983 and his J.D. from The University of San Diego in 1986.  He is licensed in the State of Illinois and the Federal District Court of Central Illinois.  He was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Murphysboro, Jackson County, Illinois from 1986 to 1988, and has been in private practice in central Illinois since 1989.  He is a member of the Decatur Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and  Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He lives in Decatur with his wife, Christine, and is past president of the Decatur Running Club and former Jaycee.  He is a distance runner who has run over 90 races since 2002, including 10 half marathons and 8 marathons.

Steven G. Jones

Steven G. Jones was born in Clay County, Illinois.  He earned his B.A. from Eastern Illinois University in 1989 and his J.D. from Southern Illinois University in 1992.  He is licensed in the State of Illinois and the Central and Southern Federal District Courts of Illinois.  He is a member of the Decatur Bar Association and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and is a former adjunct professor at Millikin University and Richland Community College in Decatur.  He has one son, Derek.  He enjoys running and basketball.
